Week 61

Hello Everybody,

I understand many of you are a little concerned about my health and what's been going on with me. My back has been messed up for a while, and it was even bad enough that President White brought me from Connell down here to Kennewick to recover and work in the mission office.

Thankfully, I was able to see an amazing Physical Therapist. In only two visits, I feel like a new man. My back is WAY, WAY, WAY better. Some of the exercises involve a yoga ball. It sounds weird, but it's been awesome.

Being in the mission office again has been an experience. Although, I have hardly spent any time in the mission office. Instead, we have been running errands for the Vehicle Coordinator. That has’t been a bad thing, but it's been different. We've been going to every single Zone Conference and driving cars back and forth to get oil changes, have tires rotated, and a few times we got damage estimates. It was fun. We went to Kennewick the first day, Pasco the second day, then Walla Walla the third day. All in all, we drove around 300 miles in 3 days.

Not a whole lot has been happening teaching-wise since my comp and I only have a small amount of time to actually proselyte. We had some big success with the members here. They're awesome, and we’ve been teaching a lot of lessons with the members. I feel part of my purpose in being back in the mission office is also helping Elder Visker finish his training and get the hang of things. He's only been out 2 1/2 months at this point.

Well, that's basically it for now. Thank you for the prayers and support. The Gospel is true.
