Dear Family and Friends,
Things have been going good with the Work up here in West Richland. Elder Lindholm and I are working well together. We have some awesome investigators named Lexi and Chris. They are making some real progress. We had a lesson with them last week, and it went really well. We also had our Ward Mission Leader from the Paradise Ward come with us, which is great. We are also working with a less-active, part-member family named the Carver's. They are feeding us again, so I'm pretty sure that's a good sign that they like us. They are still doing awesome, but it is going a bit on the slow side. We also received a couple more referrals that we're gonna follow up on in the coming weeks. We probably do more fellowshipping than teaching at this point, but the Gospel is true and the Work is moving along.
The weather has been nice up here. It hasn't been storming at all. In fact, I've been told it can get hot up in the 100's, so I am not looking forward to that. I think I will definitely have my mom send me some short-sleeve shirts.
On a personal note, I had a bit of a scare this week. Long story short-I had surgery last year at home for a Pilonidal cyst on my lower back. That took 4-6 months to fully recover from, and I thought it was coming back this week. I started seeing some signs that another one was forming, and I freaked out a bit. I scheduled a doctors appointment to try and get some antibiotics to deal with it before it becomes a problem again. I will have an update in the next letter. I pray I don't have another issue with this, because it sucks.
Talk to you all later. Thank you for the support and prayers.
